The BTRENCHSAFE® Mobile Anchor Cube (MAC) Anchor Base provides a practical anchorage solution for people working around open trenches and excavations where there is a risk of falling from unprotected edges. Its self-counterweighted design requires no permanent fixation, so it can be set up quickly without drilling, bolting or damaging the work surface.
Built-in lifting pockets allow the base to be relocated around site with relative ease as work progresses. The MAC base provides fall protection for up to 2 workers and can be configured as a fall arrest or fall restraint system, with Type 2 and/or Type 3 inertia reels and an optional rescue recovery winch.
